Privacy Policy

1. The short version
We store the username you enter, the gender you pick, the number and date we issue, and the internet address the request came from. We set no cookies. We run no analytics. We track you in no way. We sell nothing.
2. What we store
When you make a card, we save:
- the Threads username you entered
- the gender you picked, and the label if you typed one
- the licence number we gave it
- the date we issued it
- the internet address the form was submitted from, erased after about 90 days
We also keep a copy of the profile picture we looked up. The card shows a picture, so we need the bytes.
We keep the address to stop abuse: one machine minting hundreds of licences, or a run of cards for people who never asked for one. That is the only reason we hold it. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not match it against anything, and we do not sell it. We erase it after 90 days whether or not anything went wrong.
A card made by opening somebody else's link stores no address. There is nothing to record it from: that page is served from a cache, and a cached page never sees who asked for it.
3. What we do not collect
- No account. You never log in.
- No cookies. We set none at all.
- No analytics, no trackers, no advertising.
- No payment details. The site is free.
- No email address, unless you write to us.
- No address for anything except making a card. Opening a card records nothing.
4. Why we hold it
We hold the licence data to build the card and to show it at its link. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running the site. We hold the gender you pick on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We hold the address on our legitimate interest in keeping the site from being abused, and it is erased after 90 days.
5. Pictures of other people
You can enter any public handle. If you do, we look up that public profile picture and keep a copy for about 7 days. That person may never have used this site.
If you are that person and you want the picture gone, email us. We will delete it and the licence record. You do not have to give a reason.
6. Who else handles the data
- Neon runs our database and object storage. They hold the data for us.
- Vercel runs the site. Their servers see each request needed to serve a page.
- Our own avatar server fetches the public picture and hands it to us.
We do not sell data. We do not share it for advertising. We hand it over only if a court orders it.
7. How long we keep it
A licence record stays until someone asks us to delete it. Cached pictures are refreshed about every 7 days. The address a card was created from is erased after about 90 days, and it is erased sooner if you ask.
8. What you can ask us to do
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it
Email contact@iflumox.top. We answer within 30 days. Law gives these rights to people in the UK, the EU, and California. We give them to everyone.
To find your record we need the username. If you also want the address erased and you would rather not wait for it to expire, say so and it goes the same day.
9. Children
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. We do not knowingly hold data on anyone younger. If you think we do, email us and we will delete it.
10. Where the data goes
Our providers keep data in data centres outside your country, including the United States. By using the site you accept that.
11. Security
We take reasonable care with the data. We cannot promise it is safe. No site can.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post a new date at the top. See also the Terms of Service.
