1. Who we are
This site is run by iflumox. We are "we" and "us" below. Write to contact@iflumox.top.
2. What this site does
You enter a Threads username. We look up that public profile, fetch its picture, and build an image card. We call the card a bottom license.
It is a joke. It is not a licence, a certificate, or a legal document. It grants you nothing and it proves nothing.
3. We are not Meta
We are not Threads, Instagram, or Meta. We have no link to them. We do not speak for them. Those names belong to Meta.
The icon in your browser tab is Meta's Threads mark. We use it to say what this site is about. Nothing here gives us any right to it, and nothing here says Meta approves of this site. Everything else you see, the design and the code, is ours.
4. Who may use this
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Threads where you live. If you are younger, do not use this site.
5. What you may not do
Do not use this site to:
- harass, threaten, or defame anyone
- pretend a card is official, or impersonate anyone
- enter a username you have no lawful reason to use
- break any law
- flood, scrape, or probe the site
- get around a limit we set
We may block you or delete any card at any time, for any reason, without telling you first.
We record the internet address a card is created from and keep it for about 90 days, so that we can tell one vandal from a hundred and answer anybody who complains. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is kept.
6. Cards you make
You keep whatever rights you have in the card. You let us store it and serve it to anyone who opens its link.
You answer for the card. You need a lawful reason to use the username you enter. If you enter someone else's handle, you justify it, not us.
7. Cards about other people
Anyone can enter any public handle. A card may exist about you even if you never came here.
If a card names you and you want it gone, email us. We will delete the record, the cached picture, and the address it was created from. You do not have to give a reason.
8. Availability
The site is free and it comes as it is. We promise nothing about it. We give no uptime, no response time, and no service level agreement. We may change it, break it, or close it at any time, without notice.
9. No warranty
As far as the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind. That covers fitness for a purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The card may be wrong. The site may be down. It may never come back.
10. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from your use of this site. That covers lost data, lost profit, and any indirect loss. You pay us nothing, so our total liability to you is zero.
11. You cover our costs
If someone makes a claim because of what you did here, you will cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees.
12. What we own
We own the site, its design, and its code. You get no rights except the permission in section 6. Do not copy the site or pass it off as yours.
13. Ending access
You may stop using the site at any time. We may end your access at any time. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 stay in force.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post a new date at the top. If you keep using the site, you accept the change.
15. Which law applies
These terms follow the law of APAC. Disputes go to the courts there.
16. General
If a court strikes out part of these terms, the rest still stands. If we let one breach pass, we can still act on the next one. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
